JUST WRONG
It’s 2006, and in the cutthroat world of film marketing and publicity, George Carlini navigates the stormy seas of Hollywood, barely keeping his head above water. As an executive at a prestigious studio, he's convinced his slick subordinate, Konrad, is plotting to steal his position. To make matters worse, his assistant, who happens to be his cousin, drives him crazy, always spouting off self-help slogans. Meanwhile, the publicist he hires for a high-stakes movie project seems more focused on seducing the enigmatic star than ensuring box office success.
George’s personal life is equally chaotic. He's convinced he's too flawed to find love or even a casual fling, and watching his ex-boyfriend fall for the seemingly Mr. Perfect doesn't help.
But in a twist worthy of Hollywood itself, the man of George's dreams appears. Is this real-life romance, or just another Tinseltown illusion? As if things couldn't get more complicated, George’s parents arrive in town with their Winnebago, sending George's anxiety into overdrive as he fears the discovery of his hidden prescription stash and his carefully guarded secrets.
With Donna Summer's iconic hits providing the soundtrack to his life, George's journey takes him from Hollywood to the Venice film festival, a star-studded Tokyo tour, and ultimately, culminating in Sin City, Las Vegas.
Along the way, George learns that when everything seems JUST WRONG, the most unexpected events can change his entire world. Can he find a way to balance the chaos of his professional and personal life, or will he lose himself in the dazzling lights of Hollywood?
