Almost Right
Three years have passed and George Carlini is back, and in the glitz and glamor of Hollywood, he seems to have it all: power, success, and a thriving relationship with Diego. But everything changes when Diego suggests they become foster parents to a young girl. The truth is, George hates kids, but agrees after discussing it with their therapist, hoping it will strengthen their bond.
Meanwhile, Sonja, the cunning studio publicist, has moved to a different division and is overseeing production on the script Almost Right—a secret chronicle of George's life and their experience marketing Just Wrong. Bratty Hollywood actor Timothy West is set to star in the sequel. After firing his publicist, Rhonda, who happens to be his grandmother, George hires her in a move to stay on top.
When Studio X's computer network is hacked, George is forced to work from home, where he starts to bond with foster toddler Moon—especially after discovering their shared love for Donna Summer's music. Both Diego and George navigate the complexities of parenthood, which leads them on a journey of self-discovery. Despite the many mishaps, they both fall in love with Moon.
Assured they'll win custody, their world is shattered when they learn Moon's young mother has been rehabilitated and is also seeking full custody. George must once again choose between his work and personal life as he races against time to make things ALMOST RIGHT. Will his ambition take precedence over his newfound role as a father to Moon? Or will he risk it all to fight for the family he's grown to love?
